At Cobase, we provide a leading multi-bank platform that simplifies the complexity of managing multiple banking relationships worldwide. Our platform enables companies to manage their bank accounts, payments, and cash flow efficiently and securely from a single interface.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Clients: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.
- Bank Connectivity Management: Assist clients in connecting to banks and managing their accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Service Enablement: Help clients enable additional services on our platform.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay actionable feedback to improve our services.
- Client Engagement: Work with some of the biggest companies, helping them manage their worldwide financial set-up.
Qualifications:

- Excellent Organizer: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:
