At Cobase, we provide a leading multi-bank platform that simplifies the complexity of managing multiple banking relationships worldwide. Our platform enables companies to manage their bank accounts, payments, and cash flow efficiently and securely from a single interface.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Clients: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.
  • Bank Connectivity Management: Assist clients in connecting to banks and managing their accounts.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Service Enablement: Help clients enable additional services on our platform.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay actionable feedback to improve our services.
  • Client Engagement: Work with some of the biggest companies, helping them manage their worldwide financial set-up.

Qualifications:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Excellent Organizer: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Work well in a team and are sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Fluent in Business English: Strong communication skills in English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • We Welcome Applications of Different Levels: Prior finance experience is preferred.
