About you

We’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who brings creativity, initiative, and structure to the team.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a FinTech or SaaS environment.

• Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event organization.

• Understanding of financial services and willing to learn more about payments, cash management, treasury management

• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.

• Experience collaborating with sales teams to align on shared goals.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

• A data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy refinement.

Your role

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with sales: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that support lead generation, client retention, and revenue growth.

• Plan and execute campaigns: Implement marketing strategies across various channels, from digital campaigns to events, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Create compelling content: Develop high-quality materials such as eBooks, fact sheets, client cases, and co-created articles to enhance our visibility and value proposition.

• Lead online presence: Optimize our website through SEO, manage LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, and oversee online events such as webinars.

• Support partner programs: Align with treasury and ERP ecosystem partners to create collaborative marketing materials and exposure opportunities.

• Strengthen retention: Organize client-focused initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, and client days, to maintain long-term relationships.

• Innovate and test: Continuously test different approaches, measure results, and refine strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
